NEET - National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam is the entrance exam to qualify an individual to join the Medical courses offered by top medical institutions in India. It is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) every academic year. It is a pen and paper mode exam. Aspirants who have completed 17 years of age can apply for Neet. There is no upper age limit for Neet. Aspirants can appear for the exam any number of times. The candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with 50% of marks. They should have studied the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Aspirants can write their exam in 13 languages like Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam etc. The exam is conducted for three hours. There are a total of 180 questions which should be answered. Each section carries 45 marks which means physics 45, chemistry 45, botany 45 and zoology 45. Each question carries 4 marks and -1 for wrong answer. No marks for unanswered.The maximum marks a student can achieve is 720.

MBBS:

Commonly known as Bachelor of Medicine the full form is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is the most popular under graduate medical program in India. Aspirants who are practicing doctor in Allopathy learn MBBS. It is a 5.5 years study program in which 4.5 years learning and 1 year internship. Here they learn anatomy, cytology, surgery and cure for many diseases.

BDS:

The full form is Bachelor of Dental Surgery. It is a 5.5 year course in which 4.5 years classroom and 1 year mandatory internship. Aspirants who are practicing dental treatment must complete this degree in India. This program includes dental and oral surgery.

BAMS:

This is the study of ancient ayurveda and healing methods. Its full form is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. This is 5.5 year course which consists of 4.5 years classroom and 1 year mandatory internship program.

BSMS:

It is commonly known as Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery, which is the most ancient among the Ayush Systems. This is 5.5 year course which consists of 4.5 years classroom and 1 year mandatory internship program.

BUMS:

It is the undergraduate degree of Unani Medicine. Its full form is Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery. It is different medical systems than normal allopathy medical system. Here all you want to do is understand the healing power inside human and to enhance it. It is a 5.5 year course in which four years classroom and one year mandatory internship.

BHMS:

The full form is Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. It is a 5.5 year course in which four years classroom and one year mandatory internship. It is the ancient methods of treatment that treats human bodies that leaves no side effect after the treatment.
